Luuzini Returns Policy
For All U.S. Customers
We want you to love your Luuzini shoes. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may register a return within 14 days through our U.S. return portal.
All eligible items must reach us within 28 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Returns submitted after the allowed window will not be accepted or refunded.
Luuzini reserves the right to decline a refund if the return doesn’t meet our policy conditions. We also do not offer extended holiday returns.
Fees
When a return is approved, a prepaid return label will be provided via email.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Conditions of Returns
All returned footwear must be in brand-new condition — unworn, undamaged, and free of any marks.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and include any dust bags or accessories provided.
We will not accept items that show signs of wear, use, or alteration.
If an item arrives in an unsellable condition, Luuzini reserves the right to refuse the refund or apply a deduction based on its reduced value.
Final Sale
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
If you receive a Final Sale product that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at contact@luuzini.com
so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong pair or your shoes arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@luuzini.com
or through our live chat.
When reporting an issue, please include:
Your full name
Order number
Clear photos showing the problem
Please allow our team time to review and correct any errors. Unauthorized returns or alterations made without our approval will not be reimbursed.
Luuzini is not responsible for any items returned by mistake. If located, these can be sent back to you for a delivery fee, payable within 7 days of invoicing. Unclaimed items may be disposed of.
Processing Time / Refunds (U.S. Orders)
Once your package arrives at our facility (usually within 3–5 working days), your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.
You’ll be notified once your return has been received and processed.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing times:
Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 working days to reflect in your bank account
To protect our brand and customers, Luuzini reserves the right to refuse refunds, flag suspicious accounts, or suspend activity in cases of misuse or fraudulent behavior.
Serious cases may result in legal action.
Examples of misuse include:
False claims of missing or incorrect items
Returning different or additional items
Wearing items before returning
Excessive or repeated return patterns
Non-genuine chargebacks
